What makes this program special?

The Successful Landlord system is probably the most intuitive and easy-to-follow real estate tool ever created. It was specifically designed to teach you a wealth-building system, as well as how to take action. It is by taking action that goals turn into reality.

You can read other real estate books all day long, but as soon as you get bored, you stop caring and stop learning. We have always had difficulty getting through the monotony of an entire real estate book. But with the “Checks to the Bank” system that we developed, we’ve turned traditional real estate education upside down. The system provides constant stimulation, keeping you on your toes, and allowing you to stay focused and interested in learning.

The system is entertaining and shows you many real-life success stories of ours and people just like you. Also, we’ve made the lessons fun and very easy to understand. Anyone from 16 to 76 can learn this system, and since you’ll be interested and entertained along the way, you will learn it quickly.

This system consists of three stages, which correlate with each of the three workbooks. As you complete each part, you move another step towards your goal. Each of these stages is divided into lessons, and each lesson is organized into more specific chapters. Following these chapters is the key to learning efficiently.

If you were to build a car, you wouldn’t just randomly start building from the bottom up. You would acquire the smallest parts, assemble them into larger parts, fit those together into even larger pieces, and so on, until you have a finished vehicle.

The same principles apply when learning a new technique like real estate investing. You will first learn the chapters, fit them into the larger lessons, and then assemble those to complete each workbook. Upon completing all three workbooks, you will have learned the equivalent of 200 years of real estate investing experience from the combined knowledge of hundreds of investors.

Stage 1: Renter to Homeowner

Some of Stage 1 is for people who are currently renting and want to buy their first home, but is also very important to those of you who own your home and want to upgrade, learn more about real estate or want to negotiate better terms with your bank. Lesson 4 is especially important if you already own your home and want to make more money using your current property.

If you do own your home or are already a property investor, it is still very important that you complete Stage 1, the first workbook. It contains exercises that benefit every level of investor. Also, Stage 1 lays the foundation of many concepts that will be referred to and further developed in Stages 2 and 3.

Stage 2: Homeowner to Investor

By the time you are ready to learn the skills presented in Stage 2, you will have already purchased at least your first home. You will no w learn how to purchase your first income property, which must meet different needs than your residence. While your primary residence must meet your needs of everyday living, your income property must meet the investment needs of cash flow and equity growth.

Buying an income property requires subtle differences in thinking than buying your first home. From financing and valuation to identifying and managing a purchase, you will learn the specific criteria for buying profitable rental units.

Stage 2, the second workbook, outlines how to successfully identify, valuate and manage an income property.

Stage 3: Investor to Business Owner

We will now take the foundation you built in Stage 1, the practical application you learned from Stage 2, and combine them to form a successful business in Stage 3.

Stage 3 takes you above and beyond a level that you could reach through trial and error alone. We have streamlined the process of acquiring properties and created a “cookie cutter” approach that has enabled many businesses to achieve explosive growth.
We also explore other aspects of property investing, including becoming a lender yourself. Remember that your success is limited only by your ambition and personal level of commitment.

Course learning components
Seven learning components make up the Successful Landlord system.  Every time you see their icons, you will know what it is.

Basic training

Each section starts with basic training. This is where the meat of the information is presented to you. Some concepts are very simple and straightforward. Others take a bit of thinking. Don’t worry, read on and you will see how we take the most difficult concepts and make them easy for anyone to understand and use in the real world.

Quick Punches

Short, sweet and to-the-point! These bubbles are packed with power. Our tips will give you an edge over other real estate investors.
Learn from others’ mistakes!

When investing in real estate, it is imperative that you learn from the mistakes of others so you don’t make them yourself! Pay attention when you see this Caution! sign. It could save you valuable time and money.

Take action!

Here’s where you can really see results. It is time to combine the theories and examples, then go out into the world and do something. We show you a step-by-step action of who to call, where to go and, most importantly, what questions to ask to get what you want. This is the section in later workbooks where you start to make money. Every time you take action you will be one step closer to your goal.

Our war stories

These are stories and anecdotes from our investing careers.  You learn first-hand what worked and didn’t work for us, and why we are teaching these methods to you.

Pat yourself on the back!

When you see the Congratulations! icon, it means you have completed another major section of this course.  You have taken one giant step towards achieving your goals.

When you reach this icon, give yourself a small reward. It could be a cup of hot chocolate, nice bike ride, or a literal pat on the back. No matter how small, rewards give you the energy and motivation to keep going.

We also recommend big rewards. These are tied to achieving you cash flow goals, as explained in the Goals sections.
